SHIPPING

We offer free Australia- wide shipping on orders over $100. For orders under this value, a $9 flat fee shipping fee applies. Because of the limitations of our e-commerce site, you’ll need to enter the deduction as a discount at checkout - enter “FREESHIP” at checkout to redeem the free shipping option.

Orders are shipped from Melbourne and generally take between 1-5 business days in metro areas, a bit longer outside of Melbourne, depending on where you are. We try to ship as quickly as possible and most orders are sent within 1-2 business days. Please note we do not ship on weekends or public holidays, nor do the couriers we use deliver on those days.

Please note drivers are unable to call you prior to delivery, so please carefully select an address where either someone will be present, or where it is safe to leave your parcel.

Please make sure that you enter the correct delivery details at checkout to ensure a fast and smooth delivery. If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete address details, you will be charged the redelivery costs at the applicable rate.
