Fabric in Staccato
Fabric in Staccato
A$33.00
The Staccato design was inspired by the underlying symmetry of traditional Moroccean tile designs. The name refers to a technique of plucking while playing stringed instruments - short, pointed sounds like full stops - like the dots which make up this design. The fabric is pure, natural linen and is printed by hand in small runs in an open-air studio surrounded by rice fields in Tamil Nadu, India.
Material: 100% linen.
Width: 156cm
*Please note our fabric is sold in half metre increments, and price is given for half a metre. If you order 2 units, you will get 1 metre of fabric. The third image in a flat swatch-style shows roughly a 20cm square of the fabric design.
